End User License Agreement

Last updated August 2026

1. The agreement

By creating an account, posting a pitch, commenting, or otherwise using pitchd.space, you agree to this agreement with pitchd. (“pitchd.”, “we”). If you do not agree, do not use the service. This agreement works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which form three parts of one set of documents.

2. License to use the service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use pitchd. for the purpose of posting, viewing, commenting on, and reacting to pitches. You may not sell, scrape, resell, or otherwise build products on top of the public board without our written permission.

3. What stays yours

You keep ownership of the pitches, comments, and any demo or deck material you post. By posting it you grant pitchd. and its users a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and comment on it within the service. That is how a public board works: nothing can be public without a license to show it.

4. What stays ours

The pitchd. product itself — the code, design, brand, logo, name — belongs entirely to us. This agreement gives you no rights over it beyond the license above.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use pitchd. to do anything you are not allowed to do by law. That includes impersonating another founder or company, posting content you don't own the rights to, posting confidential information about an employer, harassment, spam, coordinated reaction-bombing, or any unlawful interference with someone else's pitch. Moderation decisions are ours, and we report unlawful content to the authorities when the law requires.

6. Not investment advice

pitchd. is a platform, not a financial adviser. Nothing on the board is an offer of securities, investment advice, or a recommendation to invest. A playable pitch story does not make the math true — always do your own diligence.

7. Termination

You can delete your content and account from the dashboard at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts and remove content that breaks this agreement or the community rules. After deletion, a pitch that is already public may remain visible in cached form elsewhere; we remove it from our site as soon as we can process it.

8. Warranty disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” with no warranties of any kind, including no guarantee of availability, accuracy of content, or that any pitch is true. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on content on the platform.

9. Contact

Questions about this agreement: [email protected]. We will make an effort to solve human problems before legal ones.
